He landed in Dubai in 1997 and joined a construction company as a Mechanical Foreman. Within three months, he was promoted to Plant Engineer, and after three years, he became a Logistics Manager. By 2003, Ibrahim was promoted to Plant Manager, a role he held until 2006 when he joined Anmol as General Manager. Quickly rising through the ranks, he became CEO in 2018 and achieved full ownership as Managing Director in 2023.
